IP protection classes - The invisible protective shield for your audio devices

The abbreviation "IP" stands for "Ingress Protection". This international standard classifies how well electronic devices are protected against the ingress of foreign bodies and liquids. Each certified device bears a label consisting of the letters "IP" followed by two digits.
