1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the "Lexon Table Lamp Free Campaign" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") organized by sonoro audio (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). By participating in this promotion, participants declare their agreement with these T&Cs.
2. eligibility to participate
2.1 Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in Germany are eligible to participate.
2.2 Employees of the provider and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. campaign period
3.1 The promotion is valid while stocks last.
3.2 The provider reserves the right to extend or shorten the promotion period at its own discretion.
4. conditions of participation
4.1 To take part in the promotion, the participant must purchase a Escape speaker via the provider's online store during the promotion period.
4.2 Only one free Lexon table lamp is available per ordered Escape speaker.
4.3 The Lexon table lamp will be automatically added to the order as soon as the conditions of participation are met.
5. shipping and delivery
5.1 The Lexon table lamp is delivered together with the Escape speaker.
5.2 If the Lexon table lamp is no longer in stock, the provider reserves the right to deliver an equivalent replacement product or no product at all (promotion while stocks last).
6. right of withdrawal and return
6.1 The right of withdrawal and return of 30 days applies to the order of a Escape speaker.
6.2 If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Lexon table lamp must also be returned. If the Lexon table lamp is not returned, the supplier reserves the right to charge the corresponding value (49€ per lamp).

10.1 The law of Germany shall apply, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
