Our refurbished products come from returned goods. They have been subjected to careful quality control and refurbished by our sonoro technicians. After all, most returned goods are almost as good as new or have only the smallest defects. To no longer sell these devices would be both economically and ecologically wrong and would not meet our standards of sustainability and longevity of our products.
At the same time, we do not waive the proven sonoro quality promise. After our refurbishment, the devices are "like new". And because we have no doubt about their perfect condition, we offer a two-year warranty and 30-day return policy for them - just like for our new products.
