2. Participation
   By participating, you agree to the rules of the drawing. All newsletter subscribers for a given month (e.g., January 1, 2025 – January 31, 2025) are automatically entered into the drawing. Please review our Privacy Policy. You may revoke your consent at any time, e.g., by clicking the corresponding link in the newsletter or by contacting info@sonoro.com.
3. Eligibility and Exclusions
   Eligible to participate are individuals residing in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Italy who are at least 18 years old. Employees of sonoro, their relatives, and sonoro’s sales partners are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. sonoro reserves the right to exclude from the drawing any participants who violate the rules, manipulate the contest, or attempt to do so. sonoro also reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
4. Profit
   The profit is a sonoro STREAM https://sonoro.com/produkt/stream/ in the color of your choice (subject to current availability). The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. The decision is final.
5. Entry Deadline, Prize Notification, and Prize Delivery
   The drawing ends on the last day of each month (Jan. 31, Feb. 28/29, Mar. 31, Apr. 30, May 31, Jun. 30, Jul. 31, Aug. 31, Sep. 30, Oct. 31, Nov. 30, Dec. 31). The drawing will take place no later than the 10th of each month. The winner will then be notified by email and asked to provide their mailing address via email so that the prize can be shipped. If no response is received within seven days of notification, the right to the prize will be forfeited.
6. Privacy and Consent
   User data is processed with the utmost care and in compliance with legal requirements. The processing of data entered in the entry form is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide to us through your voluntary participation in this contest.
