Your Stream offers two options for automatic shutdown. Firstly, we are required by law to design our audio systems in accordance with ErP guidelines so that they switch off after a maximum of 20 minutes in an inactive state. That is, if your device is in Bluetooth, AUX-IN mode and is not receiving any signals, then it will automatically turn off. However, as another function, your Stream also offers you the convenience setting to set it from active mode to inactive mode after a certain time. It can also be described as a sleep timer function. You can check this function under "System Setup" > "Inactive Standby" and set it yourself. Please note: The automatic shutdown according to ErP directive cannot be overridden by the comfort setting.

One of the main functions of your STREAM is the connection to the Internet to receive, among other things, Internet radio stations available worldwide. There are three ways to disable the Internet function

Navigate to "System Setup" > "Network" > "Keep Network Connection" "No".

Navigate to 'System Setup' > 'Time/Date' > 'Auto Update' > 'Update from Radio' and perform a system update.

Disconnect the unit from the power supply, reconnect it and check the function.

When resetting to factory settings, all stored transmitters are deleted. Even after a firmware update, the transmitters must be stored again.

Yes, saving favorites with the remote control is easily possible with all sonoro products. Up to ten radio stations can be saved as favorites on your STREAM . Up to five favorites can be saved via the STREAM remote control. If you would like to save even more stations, you can do this directly at your STREAM . Select your favorite station, press and hold the "Favorites" button for about three seconds until "Save Favorites" appears, select a free memory location and confirm by pressing the speaker control knob. You can call up Favorites 1-5 using the number field on your remote control. Please also read the operating instructions for your STREAM here.

To automatically update the local time, select the source "Radio" . In this way, the summer and winter times are always updated. Of course, a manual changeover is also possible. When synchronising via the Internet, you must always set the summer and winter time manually. Please read the operating instructions for your device here.

It is best to choose the radio as the source of the automatic update, as the automatic update via the Internet can be more prone to errors due to time delays or connection problems.

To set the automatic time change via radio:
Switch on the unit -> Setup -> System setting -> Time/date -> Auto update -> Update from radio -> Done!

You can group up to five devices with the free UNDOK app and use them simultaneously. However, you can manage a total of up to 16 devices in the app. You can also find the UNDOK operating instructions here .

Yes there is. Retailers like Amazon may offer different versions of STREAM - usually marked with a year number. The versions of STREAM usually only differ in quite small features, such as additional natively supported streaming services.
