What do we mean by "refurbished"?

"Refurbished" means something like "generally overhauled". This refers to products that are refurbished by us after being returned and then offered for sale again at a reduced price. Before we resell the audio equipment, we subject it to a thorough quality check. Our technicians put each audio system through its paces, remove any signs of wear and tear and carry out any necessary repairs to restore the devices to pristine condition. In most cases, however, these are systems that have hardly been used or only have minor cosmetic defects.

Not selling the returned audio systems would be both economically and ecologically wrong and would not meet our standards of sustainability and longevity. However, just because our refurbished products are returned goods does not mean that we are abandoning the proven sonoro quality promise - quite the opposite. After our refurbishment, the devices are "as good as new".
