sonoro ships to Germany, Austria, Italy and France as standard.
Shipping to Germany, Austria, Italy and France is free of charge.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping is done by UPS, DHL, DPD Bartoli (in Italy) or for certain products by freight forwarding.
Available products ordered in the sonoro online shop by 2 p.m. (Monday - Friday) are usually handed over to our shipping partners on the same day and delivered within approx. 24 to 48 hours within Germany. For delivery by DHL, delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. For delivery by UPS, delivery takes place Monday to Friday.
Please note that during the current coronavirus pandemic and the Christmas period, there may be delays in delivery by parcel delivery companies.
It can happen from time to time that certain models and colours are not available. You can see on the product's shop page when the units are expected to be available again. As soon as they are available again, they are usually handed over to our shipping partners on the same day and delivered within approx. 24 to 48 hours within Germany. For delivery by DHL, delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday. For delivery by UPS, delivery takes place Monday to Friday.

If you have ordered items that can be delivered immediately by prepayment to sonoro, we will initiate shipment as soon as we have received your transfer as payment on our account. Please note that a regular bank transfer within Germany takes approx. 1 to 2 days and a transfer from other countries takes approx. 3 to 6 days. If you have the option to pay by real-time transfer in your online banking, your payment will be transferred to sonoro within 10 seconds and we can process your order immediately after sending it.
When ordering through our partner Klarna, you initiate payment directly from your account. In this way, we can process and dispatch items in stock immediately after receipt of the order.
If you order by credit card, your account will be charged directly and we can ship items in stock immediately after receiving your order.
When ordering with PayPal, you initiate the payment directly via the PayPal page. In this way, we can process and dispatch items in stock immediately after receipt of the order.
After placing your order, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number, which you can use to check the current status of your delivery at the specified shipping partner at any time. If you have not received this, please contact us at support@sonoro.de.
Shipping of sonoro music systems in Germany is carried out by DHL or UPS. Shipping of sonoro music systems abroad is carried out by UPS.
You can also have your order sent to DHL Packstation. With DHL Packstation you receive packages when and where it suits you best. After you have registered once with DHL Packstation, you can enter your preferred Packstation as the shipping address and pick up your packages there. Please enter the word Packstation and the corresponding number in the street field. The postal number then goes into the field for additional information! Shipments with a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum size of 75 x 60 x 40 cm are suitable for Packstations. All our music systems can be shipped to a DHL Packstation. If a package is delivered that is too large for the Packstation, it will usually be forwarded to the nearest post office. Shipments are also redirected to post offices if the selected Packstation is fully occupied.
