If the Bluetooth connection between your PLATINUM and a Bluetooth device suddenly stops working correctly, this may be due to the pairing of the devices.
Complications with the pairing can arise, for example, if one of the devices involved has had a firmware update, the device name has changed and much more. To fix the phenomenon, it often helps just to reset the Bluetooth connection and pair the devices again. To do this, please proceed as follows:
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the PLATINUM.
Press and hold the "BT" button for 10 seconds until the BT LED goes out. Now the connection is reset and you can perform Bluetooth pairing with the desired device again as described in the operating instructions.
