Unfortunately, our audio systems do not currently support playback of audio or video files on DVD or Blu-ray data carriers.

We recommend that you test the placement and alignment of your sonoro device in various locations to optimise it specifically for your room environments. To do this, place your sonoro device on a stable and level surface. On smooth surfaces such as glass, marble or polished wood, the device may move due to the vibration of the speakers. You will therefore not achieve optimum sound here.

The backup battery ensures that the time in your sonoro unit continues to run in the event of a power failure. However, the time is not displayed during the power failure. As soon as your device is connected to the power supply again, the current time is displayed.

Almost all sonoro audio systems have a USB port that can be used to charge smartphones. However, music playback via USB connection is unfortunately not possible.

With all our SMART LINE audio systems, you have the option of using Spotify directly on your device. The use of other streaming services is easily possible via your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or Multiroom. With our CLASSIC LINE audio systems, you can also use streaming services via your smartphone or tablet using Bluetooth.

There are many causes that can lead to faulty radio reception. Sometimes the topography or surrounding situation makes good reception difficult. Therefore, please check the following points:

Our SMART LINE products usually receive updates automatically via the Internet. You can find further information and instructions here in the operating instructions for your system. Our CLASSIC LINE products do not require any further updates after purchase, as they do not have Internet access.

In rare cases it happens that a USB stick cannot be read correctly by every port. Check whether your USB stick is formatted in FAT32. Therefore, please test whether other USB sticks work and repeat the connection process a few times to restart the reading process.

All sonoro SMART LINE audio systems have a Spotify ID. As soon as you have used Spotify with your audio system for the first time, your device is connected to your Spotify account. This is independent of whether you are nearby with your smartphone or not. This means that you can activate and play your Spotify at home even when you are on the move. To do this, please pay attention to the play source on your smartphone within the Spotify app.

To automatically update the local time, simply select the source "Radio" . In this way, the summer and winter times are always changed to the current time. Of course, a manual changeover is also possible. When synchronising via the Internet, you must always set the summer and winter time manually. Your sonoro SMART LINE products can be controlled in both a LAN and a WLAN network using the UNDOK app. Your devices are set to use in a WLAN network by default. If you would like to connect your devices in a LAN network, this can be set under "System settings > Network > Manual settings > Cable > DHCP active ". Please note, however, that it may be more time-consuming to connect all the units to each other in a LAN network via the UNDOK APP.

Yes there is. Retailers like Amazon may offer different versions of our sonoro devices - usually marked with a year number. The versions of the sonoro devices usually only differ in quite small features, such as additional natively supported streaming services. When you purchase a sonoro device in our store at www.sonoro.de, you can be sure to always receive the latest version.
