If the Bluetooth connection between your PLATINUM SE and a Bluetooth device suddenly no longer works correctly, this may be due to the pairing of the devices.
Complications during pairing can arise, for example, if one of the devices involved has had a firmware update, the device name has changed and much more. To resolve the phenomenon, it often helps to reset the Bluetooth connection and pair the devices again. To do this, please proceed as follows:
Switch on the Bluetooth function of the PLATINUM SE.
Press and hold the "BT" button for 10 seconds until the BT LED goes out. Now the connection is reset and you can perform the Bluetooth pairing with the desired device again as described in the operating instructions.
