Frequently asked questions about delivery
After completion, your order will be forwarded directly to our shipping warehouse and shipped promptly - regardless of which payment method you used to complete the order. As a rule, shipping takes 1-3 working days until delivery. Deliveries within the EU can take 5-7 working days.
Please note that during the current coronavirus pandemic and the Christmas period, there may be delays in delivery by parcel delivery companies.
You can also have your order sent to DHL Packstation. With DHL Packstation, you can receive parcels when and where it suits you best. After you have registered once with DHL Packstation, you can enter your preferred Packstation as the shipping address and collect your parcels there. Please enter the word Packstation and the corresponding number in the street field. The post office number is then entered in the field for additional information! Items with a minimum size of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and a maximum size of 75 x 60 x 40 cm are suitable for Packstations. All our music systems can be sent to a DHL Packstation. If a parcel is delivered that is too large for the Packstation, it will usually be forwarded to the nearest post office. Shipments are also redirected to post offices if the selected Packstation is fully occupied.
Shipping is free of charge for orders of 99,- EUR or more. Our deliveries are usually made from Monday to Saturday. For express shipping for deliveries within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of 11.99 EUR.

Frequently asked questions about the right of return
Please contact our service via the following contact form or contact us at +49 (0) 2131 / 8834 141 so that we can assist you with the return.
You will receive a confirmed RMA document from us, which you please enclose with the goods. Furthermore, you will receive a shipping label from us that you please stick on the original shipping label.
Please send the goods back to us undamaged, with the delivered brown transport packaging and in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. Ready packed, take the package to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to insufficiently safe packaging for transport or if it is due to your handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
