sonoro is a finalist at the IER Awards 2017

Neuss-based sonoro audio GmbH is one of the finalists in the Innovative Electrical Retailing (IER) Awards 2018 with the sonoroCD 2. With this award, the British IER magazine annually honours the best technical innovations in the field of consumer electronics as well as the best independent retailers of large household appliances.

Neuss, 30 November 2017 - sonoro has been nominated with the sonoroCD 2 music system at the IER Awards 2018. From 27 November 2017 to 31 January 2018, people can now publicly vote for their favourite. The final decision is thus in the hands of the industry.Whether digital radio, CDs, own content transmitted via Bluetooth or the pre-installed Relax content: With the sonoroCD 2, every music lover will find their own personal relaxation. The device was developed in close cooperation with relaxation experts and taking into account scientific findings for the bedroom. Pre-installed compositions such as fantasy journeys, meditations or nature sounds bring the thoughts to rest and relax the body. In combination with the optionally available sonoroLIGHT dimmer module for controlling lamps with dimmable light sources, the sonoroCD 2 ensures a pleasant fall asleep and a gentle wake-up. With its elegant design, the music system complements the ambience perfectly and unobtrusively, while the upwardly radiating speaker ensures that the sound is evenly distributed throughout the room.

Launched in 1993, the IER Awards serve to celebrate achievements in electrical retailing, ranging from the best technical innovation for consumer electronics to the best independent retailers for major household appliances. In 2018, industry greats will come together to celebrate the 26th anniversary of the IER Awards and recognise their achievement as the longest running awards in the retail sector.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 12 April 2018 at the Park Plaza London Victoria Hotel.
