Shipping information

We only ship to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder. You can find the respective shipping costs in the table below. If you would like us to ship to another country, please write us an email (bestellungen@sonoro.de) and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria and France.

We do not charge shipping costs for standard domestic and international shipping.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
